About the art: As more moments of light shone through the darkness that nearly destroyed me, I was able to begin the very slow process of looking within to see what it was that was driving me further into the dark, before dedicating myself to the monumental task of consciously choosing new values, beliefs, attitudes and skills to create a life in alignment with my true self, beyond my limiting mind-made narratives. The translucent nature of this piece illustrates a stage of transition. I wanted this image to capture all parts being integrated, which I am learning to embody more often, even though I continue to fall in and out of polarities, and other stages, as I continue to change, in a very non-linear way.
